Musical Ambassadors Program

Five chamber music ensembles of the Richmond Symphony perform over 100 concerts annually to 35,000 school children of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and Richmond Public Schools as well as private and home schools.  Performances for students of all ages are upbeat adn informal.  Performances relate the the theme of the Elizabeth G. Schneider Discovery Education Concert.

String Quartet (SQ)

Available for audiences in grades 6-12

Brass Quintet (BQ)
Instrumentation: Trumpet (2), French horn, trombone, tuba + 1 percussionist (09-10 season)
