This high voltage event features the Virginia premiere of Ficciones by Grammy-nominated and Latin Grammy-winning composer Roberto Sierra\, featuring internationally-acclaimed electric violinist Tracy Silverman in a special performance\, commissioned by the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra for this concert. A collaboration between VMFA and the Richmond Symphony. \nThe Richmond Symphony presents a mixed trio of principal viola\, Molly Sharp; principal flute\, Mary Boodelll; and harp\, Alicia Romeo. The trio will perform a program of all French Impressionist composers. This performance features the music of Claude Debussy\, Erik Satie\, Germaine Tailleferre\, and others.
