Altria Masterworks

Discover the power of live music with our Altria Masterworks series. Featuring orchestral classics and contemporary composers, this series will inspire you. The Altria Masterworks concerts are featured in two series. Our Saturday night series includes eight concerts on Saturday evenings at 8pm. The Sunday afternoon series includes four concerts on Sunday afternoons at 3pm. All concerts are held at the Carpenter Theatre Dominion Energy Center. Join us an hour before each performance for a free pre-concert talk with the Richmond Symphony Music Director, Steven Smith. These talks often feature guest artists and conductors and provide you with insights for the concert you are about to hear. Patrons can purchase a full subscription to either series or mix and match these concerts as part of a Compose Your Own subscription. Single tickets are also available and start at just $10. Masterworks tickets are free for children under the age of 18. Altria
