Wayne Graham
Wayne T. Graham is a violist with extensive orchestral, solo, and chamber music experience. He has been a member of the Richmond Symphony since 2002 and previously served as a full-time violist with the Virginia Symphony and Virginia Opera. He currently performs with the United States Air Force Orchestra and as a substitute violist with the National Symphony Orchestra, the Washington National Opera Orchestra, and the Delaware Symphony.
Mr. Graham’s principal appointments have included the Virginia Symphony, Chattanooga Symphony and Opera Orchestra, Sarasota Opera Orchestra, and the Second National Company of Phantom of the Opera.
A dedicated soloist and chamber musician, Mr. Graham has performed at Lincoln Center, Weill Recital Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Bruno Walter Auditorium, and has appeared as a viola soloist with the USAF String Orchestra, the Bach Festival Massachusetts, and the C.W. Post Chamber Orchestra.
He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Juilliard School and has studied through the Columbia University–Juilliard Exchange Program and the Banff Center’s Chamber Music Program.
