In order to build deeper connections between artists and audiences, the Richmond Symphony showcases its programs and initiatives through a variety of must-attend special events throughout the season. These celebrations raise significant funds each year to support our artistic growth, community engagement, and education activities.

A Look Back at the 2023 Gala
Thank you to everyone who joined us at our 2023 gala, “Knight of Soul,” on September 9, 2023 at the Altria Theater. It was a truly spectacular event, and we’ll long remember the joy of watching our talented musicians perform alongside the one and only Empress of Soul, Gladys Knight.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of our patrons, donors, and community. Funds raised during the gala, our premier annual fundraiser, will help make possible many exciting events, initiatives, and opportunities in the days and years ahead. You can browse the “Knight of Soul” online photo album HERE.
Diamond Table Sponsors
The Richmond Symphony would like to thank Genworth and Taylor Hoffman for their extraordinary diamond-level sponsorship of “Knight of Soul.”
