  • Print advertising begins September 20, 2018. Please note that Season-Long Playbill prints ads cannot be changed or withdrawn during the concert season.

Patrons that attend Altria Masterworks (11), Metro Collection (4), Symphony Pops (5), Symphony in 60 Concerts (4), and Handel’s Messiah will view your ad.

SEASON-LONG PLAYBILL ADVERTISING

REACH: 30,000 PATRONS

MARKET: AFFLUENT, ARTS ORIENTED, COMMUNITY MINDED, FAMILIES

SHORT-RUN B/W PLAYBILL ADVERTISING

REACH: 3,000 PATRONS PER CONCERT

MARKET: AFFLUENT, ARTS ORIENTED, COMMUNITY MINDED, FAMILIES

Richmond Symphony produces playbill inserts six times each season, giving you the opportunity to target a specific time of year or audience, if desired.

 

PLAYBILL PRINT AD SPECS

All print ads must be submitted as a PDF with a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch)

PLAYBILL PRINT AD (BLACK + WHITE): Defined as black + white or grayscale only.

PLAYBILL PRINT AD (COLOR): Defined in CMYK and may not contain any embedded RGB elements.

SENDING MATERIALS: Ads may be sent via e-email to Aaron Frisbie, Box Office Assistant & Office Manager, at afrisbie@richmondsymphony.com. If the file is too large to send via email, please use dropbox or a similar file sharing website.

The Richmond Symphony reserves the right to reject any material for reproduction quality, content, and/or appearance. The Richmond Symphony is not liable for loss or damage to artwork. Artwork cannot be returned.
